  • How long is the delivery? 
    We ship from different location worldwide as we are direct manufacturer distributor, most of products delivery time takes 21-30 days. Some countries may take longer time for delivery you will be able to see an estimate delivery time on checkout page before you make the payment. 
  • What if I didn't receive my package?
    If package wasn't delivered in 75 days from order date you can ask for full refund. 
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You have 2 hours after placing your order, any cancellation request received after 2 hours might be denied. If cancellation was approved a 20% cancellation fees will be applied. 
  • How much shipping costs? 
    Shipping is free for any order over $100 USD to the United States and all European countries. 
    Shipping to Canada costs $34 USD
    Shipping to Australia and New Zealand costs $48 USD
    All other countries will have different shipping rates based on the distance and weight of the product.
  • Are returns free?
    Returns are not free, but if any product arrives damage we will replace it without having to return the original one. 
  • Is there any warranty?
    Warranty provided by manufacturer if you received the product with any issues just reach back to us and we will do our best to help.
