-All orders will be confirmed 2 hours after being placed by customer and no cancellation will be accepted once order is confirmed.

- Replacement parts returns are not accepted for any reason.
- All returns must have a return merchandise authorization from an authorized TAY Online Store and Mamas Uncut, LLC representative.
- TAY Online Store and Mamas Uncut, LLC will only accept as returns the specific quantities and the products specified in the merchandise authorization email.
- The customer is responsible to pay all shipping fees for authorized return items.
- All returns for credit are subject to restocking fee of 15%.
- Defective items are exchanged for the same item only.
- No Returns are accepted after 14 days of confirmed delivery date.
- All claims for an incorrect shipment must be received within seven (7) days from the confirmed delivery date.
- Customer should file freight damage claims should be filed directly with carrier.

- All risk of loss and damage in transit shall be borne by the customer.

- Personal checks and temporary checks will not be accepted.

14 Day Refund Policy from date of confirmed delivery
TAY Online Store and Mamas Uncut, LLC offer a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a return or a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
