-All orders will be confirmed 2 hours after being placed by customer and no cancellation will be accepted once order is confirmed.

Minimum order and Pricing:
- A minimum order of $100 USD is required for free shipping.

- Inspection upon receipt of all items purchased from TAY Online Store , is the sole responsibility of the customer, this inspection must be made within fourteen (14) days of delivery date.

- Replacement parts returns are not accepted for any reason.
- All returns must have a return merchandise authorization from an authorized TAY Online Store representative.
- TAY Online Store will only accept as returns the specific quantities and the products specified in the merchandise authorization email.
- The customer is responsible to pay all shipping fees for authorized return items.
- All returns for credit are subject to restocking fee of 15%.
- Defective items are exchanged for the same item only.
- No Returns are accepted after 14 days of confirmed delivery date.
- All claims for an incorrect shipment must be received within seven (7) days from the confirmed delivery date.
- Customer should file freight damage claims should be filed directly with carrier.
- If the purchaser refuses to accept shipment for any reason, TAY Online Store are entitled to a fifty percent (50%) restocking fee from the total of the purchase.
- TAY Online Store will make every effort to ship the merchandise as soon as possible, which is usually within 2-3 business days. Should an item take longer to ship we will notify the Customer of a shipment delay.

14 Day Refund Policy from date of confirmed delivery
TAY Online Store offer a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
